Rwanda Service Excellence Forum (RSEF) is a national platform on service delivery in Rwanda. It puts government institutions, regulators, businesses, professional bodies and the people doing the work in one room, and holds them to the same question: what does a Rwandan actually experience when they use this service, and what will change before the next forum. It is convened by Trusted Rw.

It is built around working sessions rather than speeches. A session takes one concrete problem, brings in the people who have already dealt with it, and works through what was tried and what actually changed. Presentations are used only where they set up that work, never as the substance of a day. Each session is meant to leave something usable behind: a practice worth copying, a barrier worth removing, or a commitment that has an owner and a date.

The date has not been announced yet. Rwanda Service Excellence Forum is held in Kigali, Rwanda, and the date is published here and emailed to everyone who has registered as soon as it is set.

It is an in-person forum, held in Kigali, Rwanda. The ways you can take part are listed on the registration form.

Government institutions and regulators, business and service leaders, professional bodies and associations, service delivery and customer experience practitioners, and researchers, innovators and development partners. You do not need an invitation to register.

The working language is English, and everything published on this site is in English.

Register on the registration page. It takes about two minutes: your name, how to reach you, where you work and how you are attending. We then email you a code to confirm the address, and your place is complete as soon as you enter it. You get a reference by email to bring on the day.

You choose how you are attending when you register: General Attendee, Executive, Media. Some of these are reviewed by the organisers before they are confirmed, and you are told either way.

No. There is no charge to register or to attend. Places are limited by the size of the room rather than by price.

Each person registers for themselves. The confirmation code goes to the address on the form and the reference belongs to whoever that address is, so one form filled in on behalf of a team leaves the rest of them without a place. Send colleagues the registration link instead. If you are bringing a large group, tell forum@trusted.rw so the organisers can plan the room.

Because anyone can type somebody else's address into a public form. The code confirms the address belongs to you, so the attendance list is a list of real people and every message about the forum reaches somebody who asked for it. Until the code is entered, no place is held. The code is short lived, so use it while you have it.

Give it a minute, then check your spam or promotions folder, and check the address you typed. There is a button on the code page to send yourself a new one. If your organisation blocks external mail, write to forum@trusted.rw and the organisers will confirm your place.

Use the retrieve page and enter the address you registered with. We email your registration back to that address. Nothing is shown on screen, so nobody can use it to find out who is attending.

Yes. Write to forum@trusted.rw with your reference and the organisers will update or cancel it. Telling us early matters: a place you release goes to somebody on the waiting list.

There is a field for each of them on the registration form, and what you write there goes to the organising team. If you only think of it afterwards, write to forum@trusted.rw with your reference.

Your registration reference. It is in the email sent when your place was confirmed, and it is the quickest way to be found on the attendance list. If you cannot find that email, the retrieve page will send it again to the address you registered with.

They are used to run your attendance: to confirm your place, to tell you when and where to come, and to plan capacity, catering and access. Attendee information is not sold and it is not passed to partners or sponsors, and your name and organisation are not published on this site. You get messages about the edition you registered for, and nothing else unless you asked for it. The privacy policy has the detail, and the organisers will delete your details on request at forum@trusted.rw.

Partnership and sponsorship enquiries go through the Become a Sponsor page. For speaking, write to the organisers with the subject you would cover and who would deliver it. Both are editorial decisions, so neither is confirmed automatically.
